How long does it take, before you ship my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days, cut off time for orders is 12:00 PM EST.

Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. There is no cancellation fee if you cancel your order before its shipment.

Do I have to pay the shipping fee?
No, we offer free shipping on all orders.

How many days do I have to return the product?
You have 30 days to return the product.

Please contact us before placing your order. The production and delivery times are as follows:

- DeBug: 14-90 days
- JBH: 14-45 days
- Joerns Healthcare: 14-30 days
- Nuprodx Mobility: 7-14 days
- Robooter: 14-60 days
