Cancellations & Refunds: Cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge.
If you need to exchange or return your product, you may do so within 30 days. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. The return goods must be in its original conditions.
Any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. Processing time of the refund normally takes 10 days from receiving the order in our office.
